At our Center breast examinations with breast ultrasound are performed from age 20 onward to rule out lumps that can form even at a young age.
From the age of 40, it is recommended to perform mammography, an instrumental examination that can identify breast cancers early, as it is able to able to detect lumps even of small size, not yet perceptible by touch.
Our Women’s Check-up over 40 consists of performing mammography, breast ultrasound, breast examination, gynecological examination with ultrasound and pap smear and laboratory tests, for prevention and early detection of cancer diseases.
